REFUND POLICY + RESCHEDULING
In the event the Client cancels the session, 50% of the total will be non-refundable as stated in the graphic packages initially sent. In the case of the Photographer cancels the session, 100% of the total will be refunded. If the client decides to reschedule, there will be no added fee and the Photographer will try to accommodate the change. (25% non-refundable deposit for wedding/ elopements).
COPYRIGHT & DIGITAL IMAGES
The photographs, images and prints produced by the Photographer will be given rights to the Client in terms of printing and posting only. The Client, however, cannot edit any photographs, images, or prints to their liking and the need to ask the Photographer will be required. There may be a fee of $25/hour for additional editing. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images produced by the Photographer and/or subcontractors.
EXPIRATION OF PICTURES
After the online pictures have been delivered, the album that the photos are in will expire in 1 month. For example, if the pictures were delivered on January 1st, the pictures will expire on February 1st. Make sure to save all your photos once received! This also includes all RAW pictures taken on the day of your session, meaning after 1 month the Photographer will not have access to any pictures taken at the session.
MARKETING USE OF PICTURES
It is agreed that the Photographer may use such photographs taken for any lawful purposes including for example, publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. The Client at any time may ask the Photographer to take down any pictures used for online marketing.
RAW IMAGES
The Photographer will only deliver high quality JPEGs and not RAW images.
ILLNESS/ INJURY
In the unlikely event that the Photographer falls gravely ill and/or is incapacitated prior to and/or the elopement date mentioned above, the Client understands that all reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement Photographer. The Photographer agrees to terminate the agreement upon rejection of the substitute photographer and acknowledge that a full refund of all monies paid will be processed within (10) business days.
EMAIL USE
Upon submitting any kind of website form (contact form, etc.), you enable your email to be used only by ICR Photography for email marketing. ICR Photography will not share or sell any of your personal information.
